I went to a Durban CBD branch for a quotation and came out without my wallet. I left it at the store counter however none of the store assistants saw it. Taking care of clients' assets is clearly not seen in a serious light in this store. I was tempted to ask whether there were CCTV cameras and was shocked to hear there are none. It boils down to: you need to choose carefully of who you do business with because if i can't trust them with small items i definitely cannot afford to take my car. Never to set my foot again in Car Service City, thanks but no thanks!!
