Car Service City Northmead. Absolutely terrible service. The staff are ***********. Only looking to make money.

My parents car went in for a major service. When checking the cambelt. There were seals that needed to be replaced. They didn't replace the seals. My mom noticed the leak after the service, so she had to back again. Now after going back. I checked my mom's car, and they hadn't even bolted in the cambelt cover. It was completely lose.

The car was sent in for a knocking noise under the car. When we got it back, the noise was still there. They can't even fix the problem.
