customer service poor

took My car in for service to the Ormonde branch for a basic service when I got there I ask if the car could be done By 3pm as I needed to pick My wife up I was told will be picked up and all will be well happy me<br> <br> come 4pm still no call I start calling the branch and told that the driver is on the way ask what happened to 3pm don\t get any feed back then request collection for 5pm as I will have finished work phone at 4 45pm tell the branch am done will be at the gate 5pm then told that driver on the way.<br> <br> call the branch 5 20pm told driver on the way my wife is in mid rand I must still pick her up but am still waiting outside not collected call the branch again 5 35pm driver on the away have to tell my wife use public transport and it winter and it get dark fast.<br> <br> call again the branch 5 45pm driver on the way is that service was only collected at 6:05pm not once did I get a call from the manager to say whats happening used over 50rands airtime. for me to be collected taken to pay for a service.<br> <br> get to the branch 6 15pm asked for fog light to be replaced was not done they merch opens car to replace no globes in stock wow!! while you had my car the whole day could not get one gl"
