Customer Service experience

I had to take my car for service at car service city in Eloff street, the lady at the desk was good on her job. She explained to me how things will be processed, and the technicians each one came to the lady explained what they have detected from my car and its needs major attention. I feel that they have done their job well.

We need that kind of people in any businesses that we go and get service from. Respect they have it more.

Customer service is very crucial and i think the staff at car service city can teach us how to do it.
