Constantia Kloof Branch shady and ************- trust them at your peril

At R9500 for a MAP sensor, Constantia Kloof branch grossly overcharged me. Renault quoted R6100 for the original part, whereas Brent blatantly told me it cost over R9500, and 'graciously' waivered the labour cost-mxm. Now that I'm querying as seperate workshops (one being car service city Clearwater), quoted no more than R1000 for labour, and no more than R2k for a generic part. I intend to go to RMI if I don't get reimbursed, receive the supplier invoice, as well as an itemised invoice for the service rendered to me, as I only have a simplified invoice. I need a guarantee that a Renault original part was fitted, and an explanation as to why I paid so much, when labour was supposedly waivered. Now Graeme is suddenly saying they included 2-3hrs of labour, and a 'handling fee' for the part, none of which was communicated/ quoted upfront. And to think I considered them trustworthy and brought my car here many so times. I hope this shady deal was worth losing a valuable customer.
