Complaint

Good day I took my car for service at Car Service City in Silverton however my insurance gave us a hustle for the claim to my surprise my insurance approves the claim ,then I was supposed to receive my car on the 05/03/2021 however the technician took the car for a test drive but he was involved in an accident with my car .now to my surprise I haven't been offered a car by Car Service City how am I supposed to travel to the office without my car am I supposed to use public transport and risk my health . can someone who knows how to treat customers fix this ,now the panel beaters told me this might take 2 to 3 weeks before I can get the car back ,now my car has lost the value due to the accident no one is going to buy a car that was involved in an accident that's if I decide to sell my car . I have not received even a call from Car Service City Head Office just to let me know that they take this matter serious not even an apology for the inconvenience they have caused, two weeks without driving to the mall I must call an Uber or public transport but I have a car is that fair.
