Clutch Kit

Had a brand new clutch kit installed at the above dealership end of July last year. Not only did i have to take it back couple times as I still had problems with it but kept getting told each time \oh but it's a golf thing"Today on my way to work my clutch system failed. I phoned the dealership to find out firstly if they can see on their records when it was fitted as I have since lost the invoice to which the gentlemen who answered said end July 2014. I then asked what the guarantee was on the part to which he then giggled and said 6 months ma'am. I have phoned many dealerships around to see how long should a clutch kit last and have been told max 5 years and guarantees should be a year. He then said to me the gentlemen that it's because of the distance I drive a day which is 24 km one way. so now I'm *****ed having to put a new clutch kit in yet again and this company gets away with it."""
