Clutch Firewall collapsed

My dad took my car in for a service for my birthday... after getting it back my clutch was not what it was before. Then they wanted me to book it in for a inspection for R569 - so I told them to leave it. Now I have thousands of rands in damanges since they have adjusted my clutch too tight and now my entire firewall has cracked and collapsed. I can't use my car anymore. I need it to be panel beat all because one company *****ed up during a minor service, and refused to look at a sloppy clutch during the guarantee period.
