Clueless Mechanics, *********** and ignorance

<p>i took my 2009 Toyota Yaris for major service at car service City Newroad, as they normally service my car. this time they had to change my breakshoes, i authorised them to so and accepted the quote. i left my car in the morning around 7h00 am, but at 16h00pm my care was not ready, i calm my self down and waited for another hour and the half, they were done i went with my car. after a week i sterted hearing noise when im applying break or stopping my sounded like a truck and it couldint stop and was very loud. i phone them to inform them of this experienec they asked me to bring my car back, i did so and after a week again strted to hear the noise i phoned them informaing them again about this they requested me to bring back thr car so they can check and fix it. i did so. after two weeks i had a same problem they asked me to bring back so they can check. till now, this time will be the 7th time im going back to them to fix the same thing that they cnt figure out hats is causing it, my car didnt do this before they change these beakshoes. So im pleading with you Car service City please check you mechenaics and help as well as il be tking this up with RMI ecause im spending money on petrol when im taking my car to them and my time but they still shows this incompitance and im sure the car is damaging somehting as this sound is not comfortable at all. you'd think im dring a big truck.</p>
