Chantel who introduced herself as the co-owner phoned Mobicred on my behalf and she used their laptop to facilitate payment. She was more welcoming than the lady at the front desk who was not helpful at all. I had told myself that I would never go to that branch in my life. Chantel and the rest of other staff made me change my mind to use their services again.
