Careless administration, unhelpful management

<p>I took my 2000 Mercedes Benz C240 into the branch and have been treated as another number.<br /><br />They took a week before telling me what is wrong with the car, and there was absolutely no communication between the front desk and the workshop, not diagnosing the car as requested.<br /><br />After two back and forths, the company just stopped caring.<br /><br />Impossible to get hold of them, or any information out of them.</p>
