car still not fixed in 3months

I took my car for noise that was coming from the engine for repaired in march and was told it will cost R10000 after i told them that my car has mechanical insurance they put it up to R19000 two week ago they told me the car is ready when i get there only to found out that the noise is worse that before and now the car smoke .Now they say if i want them to fix the noise that they have done i will have to pay another R26000 ,this people are not serious.after 3 months my car is still not fixed . All this time i don't have a car.
