Car service disappointment

My 2010 ford bantam has been on the sluggish side. Misfire the odd back fire. The of the service it was raining only to discover the windscreen wipers didn't work. I'm huge pressure to get back to work. It took ages to do all the paper work. I explained the lack of power and the windscreen not working. By midday still word from them. So I called. The person that answered the call proceeded to tell me what was wrong with viecle. Loose tailgate. I know u can here it. Front shocks. I know. An oil leak. I know he see drops of oil in morning.
