Car service complaint

I would like to compliant against the service I encounter at JR auto service Centre in Athlone

Between 20-21 June sent my car for the service to JR Auto Center for major service, then I left for Eastern cape Thursday and arrived Friday the same week, Saturday 23/06/2018 morning when i drove my car it overheated when i checked the water was boiling and oil was mixed with water and lost its power, i put the water in and drove about few minutes it stopped.

I towed the car from the place to the nearest town which was at Maclear, then i had to tow the car to Umtata where i felt it was much more safe and convenient for me, i hired the mechanic to go with to check the parts needed, unfortunately we couldn't get them around Eastern cape as it was only available to Renault agencies.

I bought all the parts needed totaled to R18529.00 including labor and towing.

i feel that if the car was serviced correctly faults should have been picked when the service took place.
