car service city xavier branch they reap ppl off

I took my car in for repairs at car service city, Was advised to replace my car engine.

5 days after i got my car back there was a strange noise coning from the engine. Aircon pump and fen belt came out while I was driving.

I called car service city to inform them about the incident, they apologized and they sent two drivers to come and collect the car.

They later informed me that they did not touch that part when they were replacing the engine of which there is no way Thell replace an engine without touching that area.

to fix the aircon pump and replace the belt I was charged and extra R 2900 of which it was reduced to R2500 when I was asking about their warrantee.

I paid R2500 got my car back on the 18 November 2023 and thus time it came back with another fault. it cuts while you driving and I called them again and was told to bring the car back. They again sent their driver on Monday to pick the car.

I feel I have been reaped off and I am not happy with the service received. and my car is still to 100% fix cause this time they THINK THE PROBLEM IS THE PETROL PUMP of which i am expected to pay again.
