Car service city, xa!, worse service

I'm done with car service city, after paying 11k for service now my car is giving me warning lights and my heater is not working anymore. If they fail to fix my car as tomorrow to same condition it wad tomorrow, I'll make good use of my lawyers. I can't be driving in this cold with car that does not have a heater. If the fail tomorw I need my 11k refund.
