Car Service City Woes!

My black friday dealings with Car Service City Midrand that turned into Blue Monday woes!

After them servicing my car... It now has an electrical short that drains the battery. Imagine my surprise when trying to get to work on Monday morning and my always dependable car now dead. Im out of pocket for a days work as arrangements had to be made with a towing company to collect my car and take it back to Car Service City Midrand. They will not pay for the tow service or the day's loss of salary...

Oh yes, when they have your car, before they start the service, they do a check on what else you HAVE to get done, some valid, some just part of the upsell... I selected 2 additional things they can do, price quoted, price accepted... Only to be smacked with an invoice double the amount quoted...

This is the second time I've had poor and questionable dealings with C. S. C.. Albeit two different branches, the results pretty much the same... Something goes wrong, while my car is in their care, I end up having to deal with the logistics of sorting out the cluster****, and having to pay for **** that is their doing...

THIS IS AND WILL BE THE LAST TIME I DEAL WITH THEM... NOT TRUSTWORTHY AND SLY!!!!
