Car Service City Strijdom Park

I took my BMW in for the engine timing chain replacement and oil pump chain replacement, I bought the parts in question as well and was asked to come to the Strijdom Park for the " BMW expert" to assess if it is in fact the timing chain that requires replacement, and it was confirmed that it needed to be replaced.

I got a quote and agreed to the service being done on the morning of the 27th June and was told that I would receive the car by end of day, this wasn't the case instead I was told that they did not have the correct part to lock the flywheel and a part would be sourced the following day.

28th June arrives and I had to call to find out what is happening with my car and was advised that Friday morning the car would be ready and as per normal it was further delayed till the late afternoon. Upon receiving the car I noticed my car idles higher than normal and all of a sudden my fan turns on during a cold start, I drove the car for a couple of days and began noticing vibrations in my steering wheel as I accelerate, weird sounds coming from the car and this prompted me to go to BMW to get an assessment done on the car.

It was found that the car engine timing chain was in fact replaced but the oil pump timing chain was not done, the company was provided with the parts in question, furthermore, upon inspection of the exhaust pipe my catalytic converter was ****** from the car and now my car smokes and idles very high.

I am utterly appalled with the level of service and workmanship at the establishment and theft of car parts, would advise nobody to ever go there.
