Car Service City Stonewood - Terrible Service!

The service I received at Car Service City Stonewood was extremely, extremely terrible. Firstly I struggled to get a quote from them. Upon my arrival to book in my car, I arrived early on Sat morning. The agent was helping another couple who was booking in their car before 8am, but he told me to wait as the workshop was not open for business yet. Then when he booked in my car, he kept asking me to go check what is my car's registration number, then sent me back to go check what is the mileage, instead of taking his clipboard and doing the checks himself. Then another customer walks in, he offered that customer coffee as he came to collect his car. But offered me nothing since I had to wait for the workshop to open, plus he was struggling to book my uber and I had to wait longer without coffee since I now knew coffee was offered to other customers. Upon being early, having to go to and from my car to get details, having to stand around without coffee, The agent calls me to say they can't service my car. I had to go through all that bad service for even more bad service! The service that the agent displayed towards me is a complete embarrassment to the Car Service City! There is absolutely no way I'll take my car there again. I'll encourage everyone to stay AWAY from them!!
