Car service city Rivonia

Good day I would like to express how disappointed I am with the service I got from car service city in Rivoniavillage, I took My car there about 3months ago for a minor service and till today my car hasn't been fixed I paid the full amount that they requested but my car is not up and running...the guys who assisted me(khathu namely) are nolonger working there found our that they got fired.now as a customer I would expect the managers to solve my dilemma amicably so but wow i got the most jaw dropping service ever I have never experienced such worst service in my life...it seems like they not willing to help me I'm really said my car is been there for 3 months but I'm already paid them kindly help people..
