Car Service City proves poor service

In October I had problem with my gear, couldn't select 5th gear and I took the car to their workshop. They charged me R650 to adjust it and not even before they finished working on the car, they told me I need to replace the gear select bushes, cause it seems like this issue will keep on arising and the service will totally cost +/- R1000... I agreed and paid them cash. Following day used car go work and couldn't select 1st & 2nd, called them and they came pick me up from work. The guy that works there advised me that I shouldn't have buy bushes, cause this car needs to be adjusted - also advised most of people working in that branched are not well experienced. After he worked on it car haven't give me problem till November I decide to take it for major service came to +/- R3300, only when it returned from service gear was not selecting 1st & 2nd again, I went and one new guy told me that the car was having papers on gear that helped to balance it and they might have fade or expired. I was shocked that car was adjusted with papers and I'm a female always risking my life with paper car. That owner Mr Maphumulo took 3 days storing my car there advising his working on it
