Car Service City Parklands Horrible Experience

Horrible experience at Car Service City Parklands.

A huge warning to anyone do not take your car here. I took my Jeep Cherokee in here for a major service and new brakes. The car had zero problems, it was in perfect condition. The only note i can make is that the lady at reception was very sweet and tried to be helpful.

After getting the car back, the computer of the car is not working properly, the car is in lockdown mode wont start. They said to me and i quote "your battery somehow stopped working" causing it to mess up the computer and we dont know how to fix it. They then told me i need a new battery and when the new battery came the car still didn't work. They would take no responsibility saying that the issue was not part of the service.

Yet my perfectly working car now had to be towed to Jeep to get sorted out. After going through the reviews now of this company its similar stories over and over. They also returned my car to me with the airflow system left unplugged and missing nuts on my battery.
