Car Service City Parklands Bad Service

Bad service ever, *********** staff from the reception lady to her manager Dean, book my car on Wednesday for Saturday morning when I get there the booking was not done, however they took the car in, service was done.Come Monday on my way to work the car was driving funny it was worst coming back. I phone them told them about my problem, they told me to bring the car, I arrived there Dean the manager was there two African guys arrived after me, he ignored me an started assisting the other guys and I set quiet and just watched for about 15 min after that he disappeared for about 10 min,only came back when the reception went to look for him, and then he explained what he think is going on with the car, so as I was ready to leave the car because it was driving so bad he said no I cant leave the car there as he has cars already booked, so says the guy whose said I must bring the car, I had to drive back home with the car that could stop anytime. Following day I had to wait for the quote for repairs, when I followed up he told me I must understand am not the only customer , that was on a Wednesday already. And then finally got the quote so I asked him for a break down of everything ie, parts, labour, and he tells me they don''t do such in that branch they just give away an invoice, how convenient, I also sensed a lot of undermining in his behavior for such a manager. I took my car to the Rivergate branch and is working very well now, I met very professional staff who knows what they doing and how to treat customers, I wish went there first time.
