Car Service City Ormonde is ****

I had previously dealt with Parkmore & Hatfield respectively & was very happy with the results so l didn't think twice of going to Ormonde branch for help. I left my car there for 2 days & got Zero feedback, when I did call l was told stories that didn't make any sense.

Finally they said the car was fixed and l could pick it up, l paid what l owed but then I realized that they had swapped my puch which carries the service book with a much older one. I let them know of my dissatisfaction at this. 2 days later the same issues started again, I took it back & this time with 3 quarters of a tank of gas. After 3 days they were done so l picked it up & to my horror, the fuel light was on as the tank was empty. I let them know and Chris told the reception lady to give me R100 for fuel. Chris spent the entire weekend running his personal affairs in my car (l kept tabs on it via tracker)

Needless to say I'm still having the same issues they claim to have fixed. My colleagues warned me about this particular branch but I guess it serves me right for believing in the brand, well no more
