Car Service City North End branch disgusting service

Car Service City North End branch in Gqeberha has just given me the most disgusting service. I brought in my Mitsubishi Triton on 19.05.2021 for a major service. 3 days later I found myself stranded in the middle of nowhere with the car heating and making funny sounds. When it was opened all the belts had come off loose and were in very bad condition. I had to be towed and taken to a nearby mechanic. My main issue is that nothing was mentioned about the belts in their report. And now they refuse to assist me. They say they will give me another quote. My question is, how do they not take any kind of responsibility for the financial mess they've left me in? They didn't check my belts, left me to pay for being towed and assisted by the mechanic. The manager asked me to leave or sit here the whole day. He made it clear that I will not be assisted and that I can sit until 17:30 when they close. After all the years I've been giving them business it has come down to this unbelievable treatment.
