Car Service City Nelspruit - Very bad service

Very disappointed with the experience. The sons owner JP after one of the mechanics spilt super glue on a rear arch panel used wet and dry abrasive to remove the glue. The end result is that the panel in one area was rubbed down to bare metal!! - Not clever at all and I don't know what he was thinking. This panel now needs repainting. JP then phoned Dirk sending a pic to his father/ owner; Dirk told JP not a problem and JP assured me they would fix it This was over 2 weeks ago. Dirk promises to phone but never does and I just get the run around. The service cost over R16,000.00 and I am now left with a damaged vehicle.
