Car Service City Might not actually know what the hell they're doing

I had my vehicle serviced at the car service city branch in fourways. The vehicle came back feeling a bit shaky, it just didnt feel as solid as it was before i booked it in. After a while i started seeing smoke coming into the cabin while driving and i pulled over immediatly , after opening the bonnet i saw that the dipstick wasn't inserted properly and there was oil all over my engine. I sorted that out and then when i parked the vehicle i saw that there was actually an oil leak as well. I wouldn't advise anyone to trust this company with your service requirement. Your car will leave the workshop in a worse condition than it was coming into the shop.
