Car service city Midrand

I never have time to write these things but something has to be said as you guys are putting our lives at risk here. Took my car to the Midrand car service city just as we hit lockdown stage 3 and paid R9000 (pretty much R10k) to get the clutch sorted. Had to get a full clutch kit and so I paid. I went to go fetch my car when I was told the job was done. Paid so that I could literally get home before curfew. 1stly my car was not washed and absolutely filthy. Dirtier than I had left it. Plastic on the steering wheel still there, half hearted service. So fine we complained to the owner, nothing happened. Then after drove my car for almost a month and the clutch is still giving me the same problems. Hardly holding its idle and getting worse. I couldn’t really care about the cleaning of my car even though any reputable company would have done so but they really don’t care. My gripe lies in the fact that I can’t in good faith let any of my friends or family fathom going to your Midrand branch because in all honesty you can’t do you jobs and you know what that means for us, we will end up in car accidents and die. Yes i said it. It’s a reality and really needs to be pointed out because your lack of competence puts us at danger. Surely there must be a motor ombudsman I can report this to as I still have my receipt and the warranty that comes with it. However what’s the point in taking my car back there because it’ll come back dirtier and worse. So please do yourselves and don’t take your car there. You will be sorely disappointed!
