Car Service City Meadowdale - Nonchalant response from Complains dept

03/06/2026 Took my car, to Car Service City mind you it was the first time using the Meadowdale branch as i have been using Carnival City Branch previously, to my shock i left my car with them in the morning for service my petrol tank was on half 378KMH to be precisely to my shock when fetching the car it was on 195KMH 1/4 empty, so i check my tracker and saw movement for about 6.3 KM as per pictures below. i enquired with car service city and i was told it was a normal testing trip, which to me it is news as i have been using Carnival Branch previously this has never happened.

they stuck to their story to cut the complaint short they have just lost a customer since.
