Car Service City Lynnwood Pretoria is horrible

Nico and Marinda at Car Service City in Lynnwood, Pretoria cannot be re**** on. My family have taken 5 cars to them for service and repairs, each time to be met with more problems afterwards. I recently had to replace my waterbottle, gearbox and clutch. The water bottle had a crack in it after 7 months and I was left stranded on the side of the highway with an overheating engine. They also overcharged me for this waterbottle where as William Hunt which imports the original parts for my car charged me a third of the price. Nico cannot admit when he is out of his depth and this pride kept my car in his workshop for almost a month. Additionally, they promise to follow up and call you back but it's been over 10 days without any update on how my car is. They are completely unprofessional in this regard as well. Why is it my responsibility to always call them for an update when I'm told that they will call me with an update?! Cannot recommend this place at all!! Needless to say, all 5 cars will be taken elsewhere for servicing and repairs.
