Car Service City Linmeyer

I would not recommend Car Service City Linmeyer to anyone, I had the worst experience with the branch in April I took my car in for the 90 000km service, a car that’s never given me any issues whatsoever. It was a different story once serviced by them. The car has been making the most terrible screeching noises as if the brake pads are worn out mind you, mind you I paid over R9000 for this service. I called the branch and told them about this noise & took it in once more for them to have a look at & rectify, it came back even worse. Should I now pop out more money to have their mistake rectified? How does a perfectly sound car with absolutely no issues go in to be serviced and come out worse after being serviced? It’s honestly very disappointing that such a reputable brand can offer such mediocre service that costs an arm & leg. Absolutely appalled!
