Dissappointing service. I felt that I was taken advantage of. I went in for a service, they quoted me R42k worth of problems. Jaco recommended engine and fuel line flush, told me that the price was excluding vat but failed to mention additional labour costs of R1k on these two additional services. Spoke to a mechanical engineer who confirmed that engine and fuel line flush are actually redundant. I have gone to another provider who charges a fraction of the prices, and communicates ALL charges honestly and openly.
