Car Service City Kyalami - THUMBS DOWN
I had previously gone to Car Service City Kyalami many times and have always told everyone around me what great service I received whenever I took my car for a service. I went again this year and have to say this service was by far the worst service I have experienced, my car had a new scratch, I had to go find the lady to do the check for me to make sure everything was in order and the cleaning of my car was not up to scratch (previously having gone my car would always be spotless, having gone this time there was still dirt in my car)... not happy at all with the customer service I have received and will now be looking for other businesses to service my vehicle.

14 Feb 2019, 11:25I also in addition! had to call and check up on my own car, when usually I would receive a phone call to receive the status of my car and would be informed when my car was in the wash so I could fetch it. Did not receive that call either and had to call to ask when my car would be ready multiple times.
