Car Service City - Kempton Park Horrible Service

I took my car in for service at Car Service City-Kempton Park and when I had to pay with my fleet card, they said the machine doesn't swipe fleet cards. When I dropped my car off in the morning I spcifically asked that they confirm if the fleet card would work and I was told it would. I had to confirm this, after the last 2 payments I made at that branch, they had to bring a machine from another branch. When the manager asked the owner for assistance, they said I had to pay cash or leave my car. There was an option of bringing the machine to Kempton Park from another brach, but the owner CHOSE to not make that arrangement. I say that because the receptionist had already made the arrangements and they had to cancel the arrangement.
