CAR SERVICE CITY IS A ******* COMPANY

I arrived at car service city Soweto wanting a full service on my car because it had a sound like it's fuild by diesel.. but my car was performing perfectly and had no issues, just to b safe I decided to take it fr a full house service . Nomshado Msiza and a guy working there said it's R3000 to service my BMW 116i (f20) then I paid and went to work during the day she called me asking for an additional R750 for some part. Then also said R2000 is also required to fix my sump, saying that they discovered that it had issues.. but due to finances i told her I can send R750, and I sent sent it. Upon knocking off at work i fetched it and went to Brits. But to my surprise they had tempered with my car and parts where changed with visible old parts. And what was supposed to be changed wasn't done... Today I went to the shop and at 6:30 and because of seeing me they were not willing to open up and around 8 they eventually op-ed by still I wasn't helped they passed me as if I don't exist. After another 30 min they came to me we argued for almost 10 min. Then as the other employee was trying to prove that they serviced my car by showing m the plugs he took out a black ashed plug , and he started pulling back I told him to remove the second one only to discover it was swimming in oil..then the guy who was serviceing my car said it's coz my gasket is finished and that R2000 was supposed to cover that... My engine was tempered with coz I took my car functioning perfect bt nw it dsnt pick up speed and wen I put it on sport it cuts and a message on the screen appears saying BMW can't fully function I should take it to a service center then it starts slowing down till it stops n wen I ecelerate it dsnt even rev the car. Causing me to first switch off the engine before it starts moving slow again.... CAR SERVICE CITY must has to buy m a new engine because this one is an original engine that has never been tempered with... I can't be given a car with a fixed engine while i took my car for service and paid then be given my baby with a operated heart... CaR SERVICE CITY Has No RESPECT FOR THERE CUSTOMERS.. TAKE YOUR CAR AT YOUR OWN RISK... ULL PAY THEM TO ***** FROM YOU!!!!!!
