Car service city Honeydew

In September my car went in for major service a note on the service was change head lights this was not done and no explanation as to why . It then went in for repairs that had come up on the diagnostic test, the car instead came back with what seems like a battery issue when it starts. My battery was brand new when in went in the door handle which was supposed to be fixed in September when the car went in has still not been attended to still it's November now. There is no communication from Car service city unless you call to find out what's going on. I will never go back.
