car service city hennospark bad service

I`m very disappointed with the service i got from car service city hennospark.I got a Renault Megan which is having a fun sound from engine.I there for took my car in so that it will be checked by this guys.I explained the problem i was having with the car and i was promised it will be sorted no worries.Well cut the story short i was called later on and told my car was ready for me.I paid R3600 and got a slip saying i also got guarantee on the job done.On the 3th day i came back to them with the same sound problem .I was told they bought belt because they thought it was the fault.However they had picked up the problem it was something else and i have to pay them R2500 to be fixed.I therefor asked why do i have to pay as i have paid them first and they presume it was belt and they bought the wrong item for the problem.I was told to drive it for some few days and see if it carry on .I went there today got another guy who told me to leave my car around 8H00 am.I got a missed call around 15:30 from them.I called back was told the guy was in the garage he will call me back ,20 minutes no call.I therefor went there instead when i got there i was told he was in the bathroom that was 15:50.I waited for 33 minutes at reception only to be told my car was not even attended i should bring it tomorrow then they will check wow.Very bad service ever will not recommend it to friends or family.
