Car Service City-Hatfield pathetic and iilegal

We took our bakkie to Car service city-Hatfield for repairs on 30TH Jan 2019. They gave us a quote after checking the issues with the car, which we accepted and took the car in on the 30th Jan 2019. On the 31st Jan 2019 the car was ready for collection and we paid them R12 931.75. After a day our driver noticed that the problem was not fixed so we took the car back to Car service city-Hatfield, they then promised to have the problem fixed by the 6th Feb 2019 which was never the case. They kept the bakkie with them for an additional 2 weeks without giving us valid reasons as to why. On the 25th Feb 2019 we call them and told us they ordered a part to replace on the car and it will be ready by the afternoon. Still they didn’t come back to us, then on the 26th Feb 2019 we send our driver to collect the car and they didn’t give him the car and kept saying they are waiting for a car part and they will give the car as soon as possible. On the 27th Feb 2019 our driver went back to them again and they told him they won’t release the car until we paid them R3729.45 for additional work and parts they put in the car. Firstly we were never informed about us having to paying additional costs due to new parts been installed in the car. They were suppose to inform us and we will give them a go ahead to put in the parts. Secondly we use the bakkie for business purposes and they kept it with them for almost 4 weeks and we lost money due to this. Thirdly our driver realised that the car problem was not fixed by Car service city-Hatfield and had additional problems which were never there when we took the car to them, even after we had paid them the additional R3729.45 they demanded to release our car. The service we received from this company was horrible and pathetic, on top of that we were ****** since they didn’t fix the issues the car had and we paid them fully.
