Car Service City - Germiston - Con Man

I do plead with you to avoid this "business" at all costs The Germiston Branch had just opened so I thought "Hey, they must be at the top of their game since their just opened their doors" Took my car in for a "routine" major service m my car had 60k kms on it so still fairly new they serviced the vehicle and I paid them R3597.00 I drove 5 km's and the Warning light comes on I park the car and the fan runs for 30 mins, inevitably draining the battery I take the car back and the manager tells me I need to pay an additional R5500 for a thermostat+housing, he then continues to tell me that iI should just ****** off and take my car somewhere else then I contact RMI which is by the way equally useless I contact the head office and get no assistance either I eventually lick my wounds and take the car to the manufacturer dealership (Citroen) they tell me that there is nothing wrong with my car, someone tampered with my software and its making my car alert falsely IE THERMOSTAT IS COMPLETELY FINE AND NEEDS NO REPLACING Like i said - avoid these guys at all costs
