Car Service City Fourways Assault

My car was fixed at Car Service City Fourways about a week or two ago. I received my car about 2-3 days after I had called them to find out when my car would be ready. They just seemed too nonchalant and simply told me “Oh your car has been sitting here and been ready all along”

My question is why jerk my car for so long and not inform me when it’s done? I lost a few days work because you decided to keep my car sitting at your workshop for a few days extra.

Today I notice there was a small thing missing from my car. Something very small like a clip. I went in to inquire. Only to be bombarded by 3 make figures telling me I’m not speaking *******. Yes I might not know much about cars. But to feel bul**** by theses 3 guys was terrifying. The one guy at Car Service City told me I’m speaking ******* and I’m mad I should just leave. I was then assaulted by this guy, and trying to defend myself I just stood there. Was this because I was a female and alone? And maybe because I didn’t know what I was talking about, according to the guys?

Needless to say, I did report this to the head office. And I won’t set my foot in that store again. Thank you. But no thank you.
