Car Service City F-up my Land Rover....

A straightforward service ended up in a nightmare. Huge amounts of smoke visible after the service, still in their possession they drive the vehicle without any investigation or any consideration for possible damage. R300k damages to the motor, turbos etc and they simply shrug it off. Escalate it to their Head Office and wow - they are totally ***********, and hell bend to deny any form of responsibility. 3 x different reasons to try and pass the blame to the client - all laughable. Main reason - I think they are not adequately insured.

*** would you expect the "specialists" to do when they see white smoke? Well on the video you can clearly see these guys are not specialists. Just google "white smoke after service" and see what a thousand experts tell you? Just Car Service City knows better!!

And the biggest joke - I paid R 5000 for the service and them to break the Landy. Even this they refuse to refund..... Clowns......
