Car Service City

I took my vehicle to Car city services in Silverton Garage for Service with know problems on my car, they was no licking in my car and no funny noise all along until i collect the car after they complete with the service on my car i went there to collect my car and on my way home while driving my car I started to hear some funny noise on the back wheels, I took the car back to their Garage to fix the problem and they try to fix the problem while using hammer and hammer is not appropriate to use it on the car because it damage the differences on the car components or maybe it was the time for the guys to knock off and the were in a harry to go home which is i don't have a problem with that at least the should've been generous to me and tell me to come back the following the day so that they can check properly because now when I'm driving my car when I'm applying the brake is got a terrible noise coming from the back wheels and now the oil on the cap samp is licking and my car never lick I always taking care of my car and this kind a mess is the first time happen and what makes me sad is my car this morning when i drove it to the Car city service everything was perfect as always and I even regret to take my car to Car city services. the also have guts to tell me that my drum and shoe brakes are wear out and always give me a quote but while the car was fine when i bring it in the morning and with no licking.im driving Renault sandero stepway.i would really appreciate if you could assist me on this matter. the could've tell me that Renault sandero the can't service it and unlike damage my car like this, this is not unacceptable.
