Car service City Disater

Dear Sir/Madam<br> <br> Due to it being on a warranty, we've had to book my mother's Audi in for repairs at car Service City Centurion. Quite a bit of work had to go into fixing it. And due to us getting the run around from both Wesbank and Car service city, the car has had to stand there for a period of time. Eventually, the car had been repaired. And that I don't fault them on. However, as soon as we got home with the car, we realised that a bunch of expensive tools have been ****** from the boot of the car. Important tools used for incase one has a puncture. However, we made no complaint about it. BUT the straw that broke the camels back, was a few days ago, when my mother realised that Car Service City has literally ****** her car battery, and has replaced with a CHEAPER, SMALLER BATTERY. Unfortunately she had to find this out, after the swapped battery left her unable to start the car. <br> Now I know that we may not get our belongings returned, I need Car Service City to be aware of what's going on in their premises, and know that I will never, take my car there, or recommend anyone else to !<br> <br> Thanks <br> Sumaya
