CAR SERVICE CITY - CON ARTISTS - DO NOT USE EVER

DO NOT USE CAR SERVICE CITY. They are con artists. Hand out millions of pamphlets that a service is only R700 and then brag they do a whole check list to check your car out. The 'service' ended up costing R13000 and now my engine has seized. They just forgot to put the sump plug back. On taking the car back they were rude and refused to provide any paperwork. On the third instance of taking the car back, they screamed and shouted at me and told me to get lost.

Do not be tempted to use this dealship. They will end up costing you more. Get quotes from a trusted dealer who will do the work properly if at all and replace with good quality parts. After spreading the word, the number of people who had similar experience is frightening including that Car Service City ***** the original parts off your car.
