Car service city Boksburg

I took my vehicle to Boksburg car service city,when fetching it my reverse was not working,they not taking any responsibility and just stick to they don't know if the reverse was working when the vehicle arrived,I mean come on really!!took my vehicle to a real mechanic and he informed me that car service city Boksburg broke my shift box when fiddling with my linkages.spoke to the owner and he will speak to his manager and come back to me,that's 3 weeks ago haven't heard anything again from him.cost me another R1300 to fix my box ,and they charged me R1700 to brake it!
