Car service City Blunders

I sent my car in for service. My car was well looked after. didn't have a single issue with the car. I don't use my car very much. i received the car back after paying around R 3000 for service. I decided to drive the car a few times. A month later I drove the car to a friends play and the car engine seized. I had it towed to car service city at my cost when I was told that there was no oil filter in the car and they refused to take accountability. I am now suing them after they asked me to pay to assess the damage in my car which was their fault. I will not recommend car service city as they are useless and don't care about their customers. Pathetic
