CAR SERVICE CITY BAD CLIENT SERVICE

had a real bad experience with this company , took my car to be fixed i paid R1400 . and still it wasn't fixed i took it back 4 times and still now they asking me to pay and additional R2600 apparently something else is wrong which they couldn't even find the first 3 times , the why did i pay R1400 IN THE FIRST PLACE. I EVEN called head office and clearly the lay didn't even bother to help.
