Car service city at Menlyn

I'm so disappointed with the service I received at Car service City at Menlyn I took my car for service ,it had a funny sound was assured that the sound was taken care off until I drove the car the sound is still mind I paid for the service all the faults they found in my car, I called to return the car to my surprise they charged me again whereas they told me the sound is gone...I was so disappointed to this day after I paid so much
