Car Service City are Ripoff s

In March I went to car service city to do a full service on my car. The guy that worked on my car picked up thst I had an oil leak and told me he will fix it after the service I asked if he fixed it and he said yes. My oil has still been leaking and me not knowing much about cars I kept buying oil every month thinking it's a norm. My friend then advised that your car only needs oil change on your next service dad. I have tried calling there customer care line but can't get thru. I will now approach the ombudsman because I don't feel it was good client service especially after I paid R2000.00 for the service
