Car Service City AKA backyard mechanics

I took my car in for a steering column replacement and my car came back with a damaged Steering Angle Sensor and Hooter. As a result I cannot hoot and have a airbag warning light flashing all the time. The useless clerk is so adamant they are not to blame for the bad worksmanship. Its like i come with my headlight for u to fit it for me but while fitting that you damage the casings and you not responsible for it. When i bring it back he cannot pick the problem because his diagnostic machine is outdated he sends me to bosch for assesment and it was picked up that they didnt do the job properly and when i ask for them to fix this they not responsible. No checklist was supp****, no report for the work done and they refused to take me for a test drive to see if all is in order.... If it means exposing them on radio im up for it.These are my moegoes of the century!! I'm taking these guys to task!!!
